Our Guarantee: All our products have a liftime FRAME guarantee, with normal use. We cannot guarantee our covers for life. However, we do offer replacement covers for most items. Just call or email our plant. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
When returning merchandise - please follow these easy steps:
- Complete the return form.
- Enclose the return form and any other related correspondence with the items you are returning.
- Repack item(s) in original packaging if possible.
- Use the return label provided.
- Return your item via insured mail or UPS and save receipt for your records.
- Your credit card will be credited for the amount of your order less shipping charges.
